- A tray of eggs is stored above ready-to-eat foods in the fridge.Ensure raw eggs are stored below ready-to-eat foods. Staff moved the eggs to the lowest shelf in the fridge at the time of the inspection.

- The following areas require minor cleaning:-Some of the cupboards and drawers. -The pin board. Clean all indicated areas and ensure all areas of the kitchen are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
