    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Test kit not used to check the concentration of the sanitizer used. Please have test kit at appropriate location for ease of use. Check and have a record.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • No soap at the handwashing station. Hand soap made available at the time of inspection. Please ensure the hand sink is always supplied.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • - Protective cover for light fixtures missing at multiple locations in the production room. Please ensure covers are replaced or have protective cover (Sleeve) for the bulbs. - Paint on the wall at the meat slicing and grinding room is peeling. Ensure the wall is properly cleaned and maintained. - The floor at multiple locations are damaged and repair proper finish.

      • Please ensure the valid food handling permit is displaced at easy to see location. Corrected during inspection.
