- Test kit not used to check the concentration of the sanitizer used. Please have test kit at appropriate location for ease of use. Check and have a record.

- No soap at the handwashing station. Hand soap made available at the time of inspection. Please ensure the hand sink is always supplied.

- - Protective cover for light fixtures missing at multiple locations in the production room. Please ensure covers are replaced or have protective cover (Sleeve) for the bulbs. - Paint on the wall at the meat slicing and grinding room is peeling. Ensure the wall is properly cleaned and maintained. - The floor at multiple locations are damaged and repair proper finish.
