- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large white pails of vegetables (ie. bean sprouts, cauliflower) found sotred next to the grill at 12°C.
- Containers of cut vegetables (carrots, cabbage, etc.) were being stored at room temperature and were measured at 8 - 15°C.
- Corrective Action(s): Store all perishable foods at 4°C or below.

- Observation: Observed numerous stainless steel equipment (bowl, tray) that had been previously used with food debris (eg., caked on doughs, sugar, flour, corn starch).

- Observed the ceiling of the kitchen covered with dust.
- Corrective Action(s): →Cover all foods
- -Ensure a proper scoop is being used and the handle is not touching foods when stored
- -Clean the ceiling
