    • 205 - Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large white pails of vegetables (ie. bean sprouts, cauliflower) found sotred next to the grill at 12°C.
      • Containers of cut vegetables (carrots, cabbage, etc.) were being stored at room temperature and were measured at 8 - 15°C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Store all perishable foods at 4°C or below.
      • Violation Score: 15
      • 301 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
      • Observation: Observed numerous stainless steel equipment (bowl, tray) that had been previously used with food debris (eg., caked on doughs, sugar, flour, corn starch).
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all equipment according to sanitation plan. To be corrected by September 2, 2025.
      • Violation Score: 15
    • 209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
      • Observation: Observed food containers without lids to cover foods (ie., cut vegetables, garlic, previously cooked meats, sauces).
      • Observed numerous dry food containers (ie., rice, flour, etc.) with scoops and small stainless steel bowls that are touching foods.
      • Observed the ceiling of the kitchen covered with dust.
      • Corrective Action(s): →Cover all foods
      • -Ensure a proper scoop is being used and the handle is not touching foods when stored
      • -Clean the ceiling
      • →To prevent foods from contamination.
      • To be corrected by September 2, 2025.

      • 210 - Food not thawed in an acceptable manner [s. 14(2)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a bus pan containing packaged cold raw pork inside the 2-compartment sink at 8°C without running water.
      • Corrective Action(s): Thaw foods fully submerged under cold running water.
      • Violation Score: 1
      • 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
      • Observation: Observed food debris, grey dust accumulating on top of the dry food storage containers, ceiling tiles, behind equipment.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean. To be corrected within 2 weeks.
