- - Staff prepared a spray bottle of QUATS santizer. Test strip indicated the concentration to be 200ppm

- 2) Soap dispenser by the three compartment sink observed to be broken and cannot dispense soap properly
- Corrective Action(s): 1) Staff has already notified technician to fix the prep cooler today. Cold potentially hazardous foods should not be stored in the prep cooler until unit can maintain temperature of 4C or lower
