      • Ensure that sinks are supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, and hot and cold water. Comments NOTE: Ensure that bleach sanitizer is prepared in a spray bottle when the kitchen is in use: one litre of water to one teaspoon of bleach. The cooler is at 4°C or lower, and the freezers are at -18°C or lower. A three-compartment sink is available upstairs and downstairs. A domestic dishwasher is also available. The facility is supplied with hot and cold water. There are no signs of pests at the time of the inspection. Overall, the facility is clean and well maintained.
