      • 1) Automated pH reading was 7.4, inspector's test kit read 7.06.-Ensure automated controller readings are consistent with manual tests2) No weir present in the skimmer.-Ensure surface water is being recirculated

      • There is significant chipping of the paint all over the basin.-Reseal the basin so that it is smooth-Operator says they are already in the process of looking for a contractor

      • 1) Anti-entrapment plan said the maximum combined flow rate was 170 gpm but the drain cover rating was 147.3.-Instructed operator to disable the jet system until further investigation could be completed. Operator confirmed this was done2) Anti-entrapment plan is incomplete:-Missing sump type (manufactured or field fabricated)-Missing sump depth-Missing pipe size-Cover flow rating written down as 147.3 gpm, but this does not match any rating on the product spec sheet-No plumbing schematic was available to demonstrate whether the two drains were interconnected
