- 1) Chemicals such as bleach were observed in cabinets throughout the facility, easily accessible to children, with no locks in place.***Remove all chemicals from the indicated areas and store them in an area inaccessible to children, or install locks onto the cabinets2) Chlorine bleach sanitizer spray bottle was not labelled in the ages 3-4 Room.***Please label the sanitizer spray bottle

- 1) Bingo markers not safe for children were found in the After School Care Room.***Inspectors informed the operators about acceptable markers for children, labelled with an "AP" stamp or labelled as non-toxic. Operators were informed of age-appropriate labels for craft materials such as paints, markers, and glues.2) Loose cords were observed in the television area of the After School Care Room creating a strangulation hazard for young children.***Hide, or cover loose cords to prevent potential strangulation accident3) Glass jars were observed in the Montessori room. Children could break the jar and injure themselves.***Remove any glass jar/container out of the facility or replace with a plastic counterpart4) Sensory jar lids were not glued to the container. Children could open the jars and consume or choke on the contents.***Please glue the lids onto the sensor jars5) Protruding thumb tacks were observed in the Babies Room.
