- **Ongoing Violation**The facility had drafted the following policies and procedures but was missing the following information regarding to:1. Pool Safety and Supervision - additional information for:- a list of all the facility- appropriate lifesaving equipment provided on site- a list of the required emergency equipment and procedures including telephone access and emergency phone numbers- a facility safety check procedure- procedure to respond to medical emergencies such as entrapped or over heated patrons- information on safe handling/storage of treatment chemicals and any other related chemicals2. Water Quality Incident Response Plan:- expand on the information currently present on the steps to take when standards for microbiology, ORP, chlorine, pH, and clarity of the hot tub is not being met - expand on the information currently present on the steps to take when blood, food, fecal matter, vomit enter the hot tub water such as the amount of chlorine addition etc.- add the name of the appropriate contact person and emergency contact numbers3.. General Sanitation Plan - additional information for:- a list of the chemicals used for cleaning and disinfection for the hot tubs as well as high touch surfaces for COVID- a routine schedule for cleaning of the hot tubs, other areas/equipment in contact with patrons such as showers, steps, tables/chair etc and high touch areas for COVID
