      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection no approved food contact surface sanitizer solution prepared and available for use.
      • Corrective Action(s): Bulk quats diluted to 200ppm. Ensure during operation a 100ppm bleach or 200ppm quats sanitizer solution is prepared and available for use.

      • 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Designated hand sink not provided with paper towels. Staff washroom paper towel dispenser empty. As per staff paper towels are on order.
      • Corrective Action(s): In the interim, napkins to be used at both hand sinks. Obtain paper towels immediately. Note: place paper towels in a holder for the service area designated hand sink.

    • 502 - In operator’s absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent [s. 10(2)]
      • Observation: Only staff on duty unable to produce FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent certificate.
      • Corrective Action(s): Send additional staff to take FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. In the operator's absence at least one staff on duty must have FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. Correct by March 31, 2025.
