  - - The onsite manager moved the milkers and creamers into a cooler measured at below 4C.

  - Observation:
  - - Top counter cooler measured at 11C. Ice build-up present on the ceiling inside the cooler.
  - Corrective Action(s): REPEAT VIOLATION
  - - The onsite manager indicated it was fixed previously.
  - - As a permanent fix, replace the cooler.
  - - The cooler must achieve and maintain at 4C or below at all time. There should be no signs of ice build-ups.

  - Observation: A large amount of rodent droppings was observed along walls, especialy underneath items in storage, as discussed with the manager onsite. One dead mouse was observed in a snap trap.
  - Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean all droppings with a bleach solution today and send confirmation to Fraser Health that it's complete.
  - 2) Have a professional pest control company come onsite and send the report to Fraser Health by next week.
  - 3) Organize the back storage room.

  - 2) Ensure that a pest control company comes onsite to address the above noted concerns and send the report to Fraser Health.
  - 3) Seal any entry points for rodents and ensure that door sweeps are installed on the doors within 2 weeks.
  - 4) Ensure that all food is kept 30 cm off the ground- within one day.

  - 2. Ensure all bait boxes remain outside facility - poison (bait) must remain outside. Only approved pest control devices inside facility is snap traps and sticky traps. Relocate bait box outside.
