- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator stated equipment is broken down and cleaned and sanitized once per day (end of the day).
- Corrective Action(s): Operator now aware that in-use equipment must be cleaned and sanitized at least once every 4 hours and between meat species.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink (at 2 compartment sink) in corner of processing room blocked by boxes and items noted in sink.
- Corrective Action(s): Boxes and items removed. Do not block handsink. Ensure one compartment is designated for handwashing and acessible at all times during operations.

- Observation: Cooling rack of RTE meats stored next to raw carcasses and raw meats in large walk-in cooler.

- Observation: Processing area epoxy floors have been sealed back in July 2024. Epoxy floors in hallway to back area, and inside the walk-in freezer and walk-in coolers heavily chipped. Concrete exposed in area; wood exposed in walk-in freezer floors.
- Corrective Action(s): Seal floors. All surfaces must be durable, easily cleanable, non-porous and non-absorbent. Provide written action plan (with set timelines) to inspector.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Main hand washings station lacked soap at start of inspection. Soap replaced during inspection.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure this is stocked at all times to encourage staff to wash their hand as often as needed.

- Observation: Old red epoxy based floor has not been redone as required in previous inspection. More concrete is exposed and unsealed compared to previous inspection and will need to be replaced. Operator provided a copy of emails from companies that were brought in to assess floor and give quotes.
- Corrective Action(s): Plan and prepare to have flooring redone by end of summer this year (August 31, 2024). Provide update on progress by end of May 2024 to undersigned EHO.

- Observation: Epoxy floor chipped up more than 50% of floor area of food processing and storage areas leaving exposed concrete which can absorb grease/food debris. Floor currently being sprayed down with a chlorinated detergent at the end of the day and general sanitation of the floor at time of inspection was good.
- Corrective Action(s): All surfaces must be durable, easily cleanable, non-porous and non-absorbant. Floor will need to be resealed in main processing area, hallway to back area, freezer and two coolers by August 31, 2023
