- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): High temp dishwasher is not working. Manual warewashing being done. No sanitizer present at time of inspection.
- Adequate warewashing is required to reduce/eliminate pathogens on food contact surfaces.
- Fix the high temp dishwasher. Manual warewashing requires washing the dishes with soap and water, rinsing with warm water, then dispensing into sanitizer solution for 2 minutes, then air drying

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): When the dishwasher was run, no water circulated through the unit so dishes are not being properly washed or cleaned.
- Corrective Action(s): Switch to using single use disposable plates and cutlary for customer use and either
- a) have dishwasher repaired so properly washes and sanitizes dishes
- b) permanently switch to using single use dishes for customers and forego having the use of a dishwasher (three compartment sink is available in main kitchen area)

Staff indicated that there were several non-food items that were not regularly used on the premises.
