Fully immerse all dishes in the sanitizer for at least 2 minutes to kill the germs.

      • Corrective Action(s): Sprouts voluntarily discarded. Follow time stamping system as previously discussed or ensure these stay 4C or less at all times by keeping it in the cooler or completely covered/submerged in ice.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer bottle had no detectable sanitizer in it. Owner remade a bottle of sanitizer but made it too strong (bleached out test strip).
      • Corrective Action(s): Use only 1 teaspoon of bleach mixed with 1 litre of water. A proper bleach solution was made during inspection. Use this on all food contact surfaces that are used within two hours of first use.
