- 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done:
(a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
- Cleaning required of surfaces and shelving in fridges.
- 9(a) An operator must renew a permit, other than a temporary food service event permit, on or before the expiry date by submitting a completed renewal application to the Minister on a form approved by the Administrator together with all of the following:
(a) the applicable fee prescribed in Section 5;

- 28(1) - OPERATOR FAILING TO PROVIDE PROOF OF COMPLETION OF FOOD HYGIENE TRAINING PROGRAM.
- Owner must obtain acceptable food hygiene training program certificate. Must also ensure one person with course present when absent.
- 33(1) - OPERATOR FAILING TO CONTROL TEMPERATURE OF FOOD SO FOOD DOES NOT DETERIORATE OR BECOME INEDIBLE OR UNSAFE.
- Large preparation table not holding <=4C in all areas. Potentially hazardous food held >4C for <4 hours were relocated to colder area in unit. Operator to manage issue and ensure food safety. Unit must be serviced / adjusted and holding <= 4C in food in all areas.
- 82(1) - OPERATING FOOD ESTABLISHMENT WITHOUT A PERMIT.
- Operator must immediately renew food establishment permit prior to beginning operations.
- 28(1) - OPERATOR FAILING TO PROVIDE PROOF OF COMPLETION OF FOOD HYGIENE TRAINING PROGRAM.
