Comments A routine inspection was conducted today for this facility which sells pre-packaged food and which provides barbecues two to three times per season. Single-use, disposable cups are used for liquor and beer. The coolers are at 4°C; the freezer is at -18°C. Sanitizers are available; bleach is used. No renovations are planned for the near future. If renovations are planned, submit floor plans for approval.
