- There was no sanitizer solution available during the inspection. Operator was instructed to make a sanitizing solution as food handling was ongoing. Please ensure a sanitizing solution is available at all times food handling is occurring to reduce the risk of cross contamination.

- It was observed that dishes and utensils was washed without a sanitization step. Operator was educated on the appropriate method of dishwashing. Please ensure that the 3-step method of dishwashing is followed to allow for proper cleaning and sanitization of dishes.
