      • Several ceiling tiles in the front area were observed to be in disrepair due to water damage.Flaking tile particles, potential mold growth, and dirty water pose public health hazard.Correction:-By June 12, 2026, ensure that damaged ceiling tiles are repaired and/or replaced.-Monitor for further water damage and remediate if necessary.-Education provided to refrain from any food handling in the area underneath.

      • 15 buckets of unlabeled honey were seen on the shelf. Operator advised that it was supplied from a company in Calgary that had labels for previous supplies to the facility. Operator was instructed to remove all the unlabelled products from the shelf and return them to the supplier for proper labellingPlease ensure all products supplied to the facility are from approved sources and properly labelled to allow for proper tracking and quick recalls if required.

      • A Scoop were observed stored inside a container of flour. Operator was instructed to remove the scoop. Please ensure all scoops are stored outside of food items to prevent contamination.
