- There was no hand soap at the diapering hand sink, staff indicated that they use hand sanitizer which was present. There was hand soap at the other sink which is a food prep sink. - this was correctedThe paper towel roll was in a childs basket of diapering supplies below the change table* Install a paper towel dispenser so that the bulk roll is not handled each time and to ensure proper hand wash procedures.
