      • There was no hand soap at the diapering hand sink, staff indicated that they use hand sanitizer which was present. There was hand soap at the other sink which is a food prep sink. - this was correctedThe paper towel roll was in a childs basket of diapering supplies below the change table* Install a paper towel dispenser so that the bulk roll is not handled each time and to ensure proper hand wash procedures.

      • The one crib in the baby room had 2 mattresses stacked The crib must be used as per instructions and no mattress thicker than 15cm

      • The strollers/wagons were kept in the washroom of the Toddler roomPlease find adequate storage. The washroom must only have items for toileting so that the area is kept easy to clean and to avoid contamination of other items
