      • 1. The operator is reusing the high-level disinfectant solution for 14 days. No test strips were available. Test strips are required to determine if the concentration of the high-level disinfectant solution is effective to reuse. Obtain accelerated hydrogen peroxide 7% test strips to test the Preempt CS20 solution. 2. No disinfection logs for the high-level disinfectant. Ensure disinfectant solutions are tested and values are recorded daily. Keep a record of the concentrations onsite. An AHS template was provided to the operator.
