No tool soaking tray was available to immerse the tools.Provide a high-level disinfectant and tool soaking tray to disinfect the reusable facial instruments.2) Table and other hard surfaces were not being disinfected. A full bottle of PREempt RTU was expired since January 1, 2024.Provide a disinfectant for hard surfaces.
