      • Corrective Action(s): Replace sanitizer in sanitizer bucket and soak all wiping cloths before using. Ensure sanitizer is replaced throughout the day. To prevent contamination on food contact surfaces.

      • Corrective action: Store rags in a sanitizer solution (either QUAT @ 200ppm or Chlorine @ 100ppm). Change solution at most every 2 hours.
