     • Observation: -High temperature dishwasher did not achieve 71C rinse temperature at the dish level. Max 68.3C after multiple runs, and temperature was fluctuating.
     • Corrective Action(s): -Repair company called at time of inspection. You can still wash dishes in the machine, then manually sanitize them in the 3 compartment sink using your quat sanitizer dispensing system. Allow air drying of sanitized equipment before reuse. Follow instructions on the wall from ECOLAB. Once the dishwasher repair company has verified it is working, you can resume use of it. Repair this machine by June 30, 2025
