- Observation: Tote washer measured at 65.6 degrees Celsius. Soap was also leaking out of the machine.
- Corrective Action(s): Have maintenance fix the tote washer to ensure it is not leaking and temperature on the tote is reaching 71.0 degrees Celsius. There are currently enough totes. Mike will be here tomorrow to take a look. Please monitor the temperatures at the tote washer. Thermo labels provided and must meet 71 degrees Celsius or 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
