     • Observation: Hand-washing stations are not adequately stocked with soap and paper towels (only one soap dispenser was available and napkins were being used to dry hands in place of paper towels)
     • Corrective Action(s): Immediately replenish supply of soap and paper towels in the food premises. Each of the hand-sinks must be supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels for proper hand-hygiene to occur.
     • *Ensure to keep an adequate supply of replacement paper towels and soap dispensers in the premises to allow staff to replenish supplies when they run out during the day.
