     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front of house spray bottles had 0ppm QUATs
     • Corrective Action(s): Operator had been using the orange cleaner as sanitizer, spray bottles had been replaced by QUATS sanitizer and measured at 200ppm, please ensure to use the test strips to test the sanitizer concentration and keep the santizer log up-to-date
