- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A sanitizer spray bottle available @ 100ppm Cl detected. However, wiping rags were on the food counter without being stored in the sanitizer water bucket.
- Corrective Action(s): Do not leave used wiping rags onthe food counter as this can collect and provide environment for germs and bacteria to grow on the surface of the rags. Prepare 100ppm Cl sanitizer in a bucket to store all wiping rags during operation hours. Business card was left if more explanation is needed.

- Only sanitizer available is to be used for disinfection purposes on non-food contact surfaces. These bottles were stored at janitor slop sink.
