      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bucket in the dishwashing area measured at 50ppm chlorine with test strip.
      • Corrective Action(s): Employee was told to replenish the bucket with fresh sanitizer which measured at 200ppm with test strip. Manager stated they change the solution every 3 hours. Ensure to confirm the concentration of sanitizer when it is made and replenish the solution more often throughout the day, especially during heavy usage times.

      • Observation: - Water pooling on floor in the front area with ice machine and blender washer.
      • - Heavy grease accumulation underneath deepfryer compartment.
      • - Debris build-up underneath equipments and shelves in general.
      • Corrective Action(s): - Water pooling was corrected at the time of inspection by staff mopping the floor. However, the cause of water pooling is unclear. If water is leaking from coolers and other equipments, ensure these units are repaired so they do not cause water pooling on floor. If water pooling is occurring due to ice and water spills, ensure it is wiped up immediately.
      • - Ensure to take off and clean all grease build-up underneath the deep fryer unit.
      • - Clean up the debris in hard-to-reach areas.
