- Have two solutions of bleach (chlorine) made up. Both have a concentration >200ppm. Ensure that one of the solutions is at 100ppm and as long as it drys it is a non-rinse sanitizer for food handling actvities. Ensure it is properly labelled.The other chlorine solution can be at higher concentration. Note: for COVID the concentration is 1000ppm to be an effective disinfectant.
