    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • -The gym floor seal was peeling off in large pieces. This can impede effective cleaning and pose a tripping hazard. Please reseal/wax the floor.-There was a large stain on the ceiling tile above the middle stall in the girls’ washroom. Please treat or replace the tile.

      • One light was dim and flickering in the area where children play and eat. Please ensure the light is repaired.

      • -White shelf in disrepair and taped on the edges. Please repair or remove.-Countertop finishes are wearing off. Please paint or refinish.All surfaces should be smooth, easy to clean, and in good repair.

      • -One pink rug was visibly soiled. Please deep clean or remove.-Padded play equipment on the back shelf was stained, with the outer surface ripped and inner foam exposed. Please remove or repair.

      • -Children’s personal items were not stored properly. Some children's belongings were touching in the cubbies. Please ensure children's items remain separate at all times.-Large pillows were stored without covers on a shelf accessible to children. The uncovered pillows cannot be properly cleaned. Please ensure they are kept covered during storage.
