      • The cupboards under the bathroom sinks in the toddler, preschool and OSC rooms were not locked and contained chemicals. Please ensure children do not have access to these.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • The toddler bathroom had no bleach solution available for diapering. Bottle was located in a different room and moved to the bathroom. Please ensure solution is always available in the washroom for diapering disinfection.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • - The diaper mat in the baby room was ripped and can no longer be adequately cleaned and disinfected. Please replace. - The diaper mat in the toddler bathroom was ripped and can no longer be adequately cleaned and disinfected. Please replace. - There was food debris stuck under the highchair in the baby room. Please ensure underside is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. - The plastic toilet seat in the toddler bathroom is ripped along the side, exposing foam which cannot be adequately cleaned and sanitized. Please replace.

      • The cold water pressure in the preschool bathroom and the OSC boys bathroom was too low for adequate handwashing. Please repair.

      • Sleeping cots were much too close together. Please ensure there is at least 60 cm (23 inches) of space between mats, or have children sleep head to toe.

      • Toddler Bathroom - toilet paper roll holder was broken.Remains outstanding as of October 1, 2026. Please repair toilet paper holder.

      • Preschool room - there was a hole in the small black couch. Repair required.Preschool room - the vent on the step to the preschool room was not secure. Please ensure it is secure, and the surface is smooth and cleanable.Toddler room - blue round lego toys were observed to be dirty.Baby Room - the gate post to the infant room was not secure. Please secure.
