- Main floor kitchen: The residential dishwasher had just completed a noted quick 1hr cycle of morning dishes. Dishes must be washed and sanitized via the three-sink method. The residential washer is not to be used for client dishes. Please remove the residential washer to ensure it is not being used.

- *OSC kitchen: Staff were observed filling sinks and a bin. When asked what this as for it was indicated for manual dishwashing of the kids dishes after lunch. The plastic bin was in place of a third sink. * The OSC residential dishwasher was in use. It is not a NSF approved washer. Please remove this dishwasher from the OSC space as this is a re occurring issue. The dishes must go to the daycare kitchen for three sink method- or- disposable dishes only -or- add a third sink to the OSC

- Mouse droppings in the cabinet under the sink in the upstairs OSC kitchen Empty out the cupboards, clean and disinfect from top to bottom. Keep the spaces clear for accurate daily monitoring.

- Cabinet shelf liner was deteriorated and dirty throughout both kitchens Food debris noted along perimeter of kitchen, between appliances, in oven drawer, in cupboardsBoth kitchens need a full top to bottom cleaning that then must be maintained. The shelf liners need to be removed. The resulting shelving within cupboards in both kitchen spaces must be smooth and easy to keep clean
