      • 1. The rugs in the toddler room and preschool room were visibly dirty- corrected - reduce the number of rugs used in the rooms. Only use items that area easily cleaned such as laundry safe rugs, or rubber/vinyl mats. 2. Larger toys in the toddler room were dirty. - corrected - Large toys need more attention, scrub with soap and water then sanitize. 3. The garbage can lid in toddler room was covered in dirty/crusty - corrected 4. The sleep mats need replacement. The surface/corners are torn. - replace with mats or cots that are durable and easy to maintain
