      • Push pins were observed in facility's corridor walls.-Please remove the push pins and replace with protective material to attached items on the walls. This is to prevent or reduce children's access to hazardous materials.Additionally, please cover staple pins observed on the walls with adhesive tape.

      • Water-damaged ceiling tile was observed in the Toddler 1 classroom.Please identify and repair the source of the water leak, and replace the damaged ceiling tiles. Ensure all affected areas are adequately dried and restored to prevent mould growth.

      • 1. Torn and dirty nap-time low chairs' covers were observed in toddler 1 and 2 classrooms.-Please clean, repair or replace the identified chairs covers to maintain sanitary conditions.2. Torn diaper mat was observed in toddler 2 classroom.-Please replace the diaper mat to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of the surface.3. Protruding rods and missing toilet cover observed in one of the preschool 2 washrooms.-Please replace the missing toilet seat cover to prevent potential injury.

      • Children's water bottles were observed without name tags in many classrooms.-Please label children's water bottles with their names to prevent mix up.

      • Varied hot water temperatures were measured in the facility's classrooms, ranging from 24°C to 54°C. Low water pressure was also noted in the Preschool 1 and Toddler 1 classrooms.- Please fix by maintaining hot water temperatures between 38°C and 43°C, and ensure good water pressure throughout the facility.

      • Garbage bins with dirty and damaged lids were observed in some of the facility's classrooms. These bins' lids were being touched after handwashing, which is unhygienic.- Please clean, repair, or replace the garbage bins so they can be operated without touching the lids.

      • Acrylic and non age-appropriate craft materials were noted in some classrooms.-Please remove the indicated materials and review all craft materials in all classrooms, ensure they are age appropriate and suitable for each classroom.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Unsuitable diaper mats, made of foam covered with fabric material, were observed in toddlers 1 and 2 classrooms. These mats will be difficult to clean and disinfect.- Please replace the indicated diaper mats with ones that have a smooth, non-absorbent, and easy-to-clean surface.

      • 1. Baby trollers were dirty.-Please clean/sanitize these baby strollers after each use to maintain sanitary condition.2. Dirty toy containers were noted in toddler 1 classroom.-Please clean and sanitize toy containers to ensure sanitary condition.
