      • Preschool Room:- A piece of fabric was used as a cover for the cabinet under the sink. Repair the cabinet door or replace temporarily with material that is easy to clean and sanitize.Corrective action - wipeable plastic materials installed over the cabinet opening.Toddler Room- Open holes in the ceiling. Repair ceiling hole. Corrective action - replaced ceiling tile.- Backsplash at the handwashing sink was peeling at the corner and held with the painter’s tape.       • Out‑of‑School Care (OSC)- Paint observed under the handwashing sink cabinet. Store all paint and chemical products in a secured, designated area. Corrected during the inspection.

      • Toddler Room- Stuffed animals stored next to the diapering station. Operator relocated stuffed animals away from the diapering area during the inspection.

      • Toddler Room- Staff jacket touching children’s sleeping beds and covers. Remove staff jacket or provide a barrier to prevent personal items from contacting children’s bedding.- A Potty seat was stored on the floor. Store potty seat off the floor to avoid contamination.
