      • - Floors by the oven and dishwasher in the kitchen
      • - Floors in pantry
      • Operator states a pest control company has provided services after previous routine inspection. Report/invoice was not available.
      • Corrective Action(s): Contact pest control company and ensure treatment is being performed as per their recommended schedule. Provide a report/invoice of the service to the health inspector. Ensure all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized using a 100 ppm bleach sanitizer before the kitchen is used. Clean kitchen and pantry areas regularly to remove food debris and moisture. Seal up any cracks or crevices to remove entryways for cockroaches and other pests. Ensure all food and food equipment is stored off the floor.
