      • 1. There is a box in the washroom to cover the urinal, it is not secured and could be tipped over- Secure this box.2. The bookshelves in the entry area of the childcare space have glass doors, unknown shatterproof measures.- Ensure glass is shatterproof or install shatterproof film.

      • 1. There is a tile missing in the first washroom toilet stall next to the toilet, exposing pipes and access utilities.- Repair this area so that it can be easily cleaned.2. The boxes designed to cover the urinal and the pipes in the first washroom area are right next to the sink and have unfinished edges, are not impervious to moisture.- Modify these so that they will not be susceptible to water damage.
