   • 307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19]
     • Observation: Walk-in freezer was overstocked to such an extent that there was little room to move around. This is interfering with keeping the walk-in freezer organized and with cleaning up spilled foods. This appears to be most problematic on days when freight is received.
     • Corrective Action: Additional freezer space needs to be provided or, if possible, the current walk-in freezer should be swapped for one of the two walk-in coolers as these are larger and appear to be under utilized.
