      • a. One ceiling tile was missing in the Out of School Care (OSC) room, and stains were noted on some ceiling tiles. -Ensure the missing tile is replaced and the stained tiles are cleaned or replaced to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.b. A hole was noted on the toy shelf in the OSC room. c. The shelving in the preschool room is in disrepair and pulling apart. -Ensure the shelving units are repaired.

      • -Some sleeping pads in the preschool room have cracks in them-Please replace to ensure adequate cleaning and disinfection.

The counter behind the sink in the OSC is not sealed to the wall, and there is missing caulking surrounding the sink.Repair area so it is properly sealed.

Please update the undersigned as soon as this action item is corrected.Sept 19, 2023: Hot water temperature at the facility area housing the baby room, toddlers' room, Junior pre-school and pre-school room was at 57C.Please note that this temperature is too hot and must be reduced immediately. Oct 06, 2023: Hot water temperature at handwashing sinks was measured to still be at 57C. This an ongoing violation and must be corrected immediately. Ensure the kids are supervised during handwashing.
