- Observation: Yogurt observed in the walk in cooler and was stored in medium size bucket (orange home depot). Staff was unable to confirm the supplier of the yogurt. Staff confirmed that it is used for marinating raw chicken wings.
- Corrective Action(s): Bucket of yogurt was placed ON HOLD until operator could provide proof (receipts, invoice) that yogurt was obtained from an approved supplier. Do not sell or remove the held food product from the premises without prior authorization of the Environmental Health Officer.
- Do not process yogurt on site; yogurt must be obtained from an approved supplier until written approval is granted by the EHO to process yogurt.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Small container was observed in bucket containing red chillis. Using bowls/containers for dispensing could result in potential food contamination during food handling with hands directly touching food. Operator removed the bowl during inspection.
- 2. In the walk in cooler, dough storage unit had pans with pizza dough partially stacked from sides. This could result in potential food contamination if the underneath surface of pan is not clean and touches the dough. Operator re-organized the storage unit and spaced out pans and stored them in sanitary manner.
- Corrective Action(s): Please follow safe food handling and storage practices to prevent the risk of food contamination.
- 1. Use proper scoop with handle for dispensing food. Always keep the handle of scoop away from food and store scoop in a sanitary manner.
