      • Corrective Action(s): Operator replaced sanitizer pail solution with 200 ppm QUATs at the time of inspection. Replace the solution even if it has not been the required amount of time if the solution looks visibly soiled.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sanitizer concentration was 50ppm quats in the containers used to store the wiping cloths for the wands (under the espresso machines). Timers are not being used anymore as per staff on duty.
      • Corrective Action(s): Refresh the sanitizer solution more frequently during "rush" hours. If timers are not used, staff should be using the quat test strips to check the sanitizer solution regularly to determine when it needs to be refreshed.

      • Observation: The 2 cupboard doors that had the cup dispenser attached to them still do not have handles. This was coded on the last inspection report.
