      • Some cosmetic products associated with eyelash services are not properly labelled and/or missing information in the English language. All cosmetic products must have the following information in the English Language: product identity, product manufacturer, list of ingredients, instructions for use. Operator agreed to remove the product(s) from the facility.Decanted cosmetic products were labelled with it's contents upon request at the time of inspection. Ensure decanted cosmetic products are labelled with its contents. The original/bulk supply was available and properly labelled. The original/bulk supply must be labelled with product identity, manufacturer, directions for use and list of ingredients.
    • 30. Is the reprocessing area of a personal service facility that uses reusable equipment properly designed, managed and maintained to ensure the safety of clients?
      • The basement sink will be used to reprocess semi-critical tools. Remove the oven/stove from this area. Re-locate the disinfectant tray, cleaning tools and high-level disinfectant to this area.The reprocessing area must be separate from sleeping, dining, food preparation, routine employee/client traffic and storage of employee personal effects.
