      • 1) Paper towel was not present in the dispenser in the preschool room and the OSC room. A roll of paper towel was observed on the counter but no dispenser available for it.       • One electrical plug cover was missing in the Kinder room by the reading area.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) Bleach solution concentration for cleaning cloths were not adequate for disinfection. Measured at 0ppm in the preschool room and baby room. Please ensure adequate concentrations are available for sanitizing (>100ppm).
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • There was insufficient storage available in the baby room. Only 8 cubbies and 4 hooks were available for 8 children. Diaper supplies were being stored with bedding and snacks. Please ensure that 4 additional hooks are provided for personal belongings and additional cubbies to allow for separation of diaper supplies and bedding/food.

      • A training potty in the preschool bathroom was not cleaned and disinfected after use. Urine and toilet paper were observed.
