- Corrective Action(s): Clean up droppings and sanitize affected surfaces. Install traps at this location. Continue to monitor rodent activity in all areas and consult pest control company as necessary. Ensure food prep surfaces are sanitized prior to starting food prep each morning. Correct as soon as possible.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Auto feed quats sanitizer dispenser measured 0 ppm. All the sanitizer spray bottles measured similar result. Observed transprot line empty, but reservoir full. Pushed feed line further into container and vacuum system engaged and sanitizer again dispensed at 200 to 400 ppm.
- Corrective Action(s): Put system in place that secures the transport line firmly onto the bottom of the quats concentrate container to ensure solution dispenses in a reliable manner. fixed during inspection. Staff will get FMO to punch tight hole in cap or similar to secure tube.

- Observation: Grease trap lid rusted. Observed gap in lid. Smelled sewer off-gases. Likely gases passing through grease trap and into working environment. Air/gases seems to accumulate in back corner. May be an issue for staff. Discussed with staff and the trap was cleaned September 23, 2023. Already a work order in for lid gasket replacement.
- Corrective Action(s): Develop a plan for lid replacement. Make sure lid is securely fastened and odours are controlled once gasket installed. make sure grease trap is cleaned out on regular intervals.
