     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Soap dispenser at handwash station empty. Discussed with staff, dispenser is not compatible with existing Fraser Health inventory. Work order in place, but alternative not provided in interim. spoke with staff FMO in process of dispenser replacement and temporary soap provided.
     • Corrective Action(s): CHeck for new handwashing at next scheduled inspeciton.
