      • There was no sanitizer onsite on arrival. Operator was educated on the importance of sanitizers and its precautions. Please ensure a sanitizer is available at all times food handling occurs to facilitate proper sanitization of surfaces and utensils.

      • Bowls without handles were used as scoop in the rice and sugar containers. Please use appropriate scoops and store out of the food ingredient to prevent contamination.
