- There are visible gaps between the floor and the bottom of three doors connected to the kitchen. Install weather stripping on these doors to prevent pest entry.

- Mouse droppings were found on the floor in the kitchen. - Use disinfectant to clean up all mice droppings in the food premise. Remove equipment from the wall before cleaning.- Set out additional traps in the kitchen.- Store dried food in pest proof containers with tightfitting covers.- Conduct a thorough assessment of all walls in the building and seal up any identified openings. Holes on wall around plumbing underneath sinks should be sealed.- Ensure all exterior doors to the school are properly fitted with intact weather stripping to prevent pest entry.
