- The diaper change table in the baby room and in the washroom did not have an attached belt. Baby room had a pad with a belt but it was loose on the table and the one in washroom was a pad on the table and belt was not present Please attach a belt to the surface so that it comes up and over the change pad and secures the child in place.

- Discussed sleeping spacing and head to toe placement.Sleeping mats were set out with children transitioning to nap time.*Mats were noted to be stacked on top of each other with no barrier prior to being set out (after being taken out of individual bags). Discussed with staff to place the mats directly into position after removing from bags or waiting to place to ensure continued separation and prevent any cross-contamination concerns.
