      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUAT sanitizer measure 50-100ppm at dispenser and spray bottle using both EHO and operator test strips.
      • Red bucket observed to have all purpose general cleaner - this is not food grade and must rinsed off.
      • Corrective Action(s): Switching to chlorine sanitizer until dispenser has been serviced to dispense QUAT sanitizer at 200-400ppm.
      • Please switch to bleach water (chlorine) at 100ppm or QUAT sanitzer at 200ppm in the red bucket.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer dispenser had no reading of Quats during inspection. Corrected during inspection - operator made sanitizer using chlorine bleach in spray bottle.
      • Corrective Action(s): Mix 0.5-1 capful of chlorine bleach with warm water to fill spray bottle for 100-200ppm chlorine bleach solution. Operator to use this sanitizer solution until dispenser is working properly. Change solution daily. Operator to contact EHO once repaired. Ensure to always have 200ppm Quats available at all times or be able to make alternative. Highly recommended to have test strips on site.
