    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • Update July new sleep mats ordered with July 28 arrival.Most of the sleep mats had torn edges/corners, the inner stuffing was visible- throughout the facility. Replace with new sleep mat/cot that are smooth, durable and easy to clean

      • Toddler room: there was a wooden activity square attached to the wall at toddler eye level. Items on the wall were stapled on( loose staples), small craft eyes were loose, various loose items that are choking hazard for the age group.Remove the activity board.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Diaper pad was torn in the Toddler roomReplace with a smooth, durable & easy to clean diapering surface.
