      • Some electrical outlets in the baby room were observed without safety covers. Please ensure all accessible electrical outlets are fitted with appropriate childproof outlet covers.Bleach solution bottles were observed within reach of children at handwashing sinks in several rooms, including Toddler A and Preschool A. Chemical cleaning agents, including bleach solutions, must not be accessible to children. Store all chemicals in locked cabinets or in locations that are inaccessible to children.Sudocrem, bug spray, and diaper creams were observed in the unsecured under-cabinet storage of the diaper changing stations in Toddler Rooms B and C. Please install a child safety lock on the cabinet or relocate these items to a location that is inaccessible to children.

      • Toys, a book, and a staff phone were observed on the diaper changing station in the Infant Room. Diaper changing surfaces must be dedicated to diapering activities only and kept free of unrelated items. The items were removed and relocated during the inspection
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Dirt and debris were observed beneath the diaper changing mats in Toddler B and Toddler C rooms. Please ensure the area beneath and around diaper changing surfaces is cleaned and disinfected regularly to maintain a sanitary condition.The handle on the cabinet above the handwashing sink in Toddler Room C was observed detached. Please repair or replace the handle and ensure the cabinet is maintained in good condition.

      • The toilet on the left side of Toddler Room A was observed to drain slowly when flushed. In addition, the toilet bowl was loose and appeared partially detached from the floor. Please repair the toilet and ensure it is maintained in good working condition.

      • Repeated Violation: 2026-08-17: Used cleaning cloths were observed on hand sinks and counters. Cleaning cloths are to be used once and then placed in a designated container for laundering. Alternatively, single-use paper towels may be used. Additional clean cloths must be readily available and accessible for use throughout the day.2025-07-09: Used cleaning cloths were present on the counter or on bleach solution bottles. Dirty cleaning cloths may be placed in a small labelled container for laundry. New clean cloths must be available for use throughout the day. Alternatively, cloths may be stored in a labelled bleach solution stored of the reach of children.

      • Paper towel was not available in the dispenser at the hand sink used for diapering in the infant room. Please ensure all paper towel dispensers are kept fully stocked.

      • Some carpets throughout the centre appeared dirty or stained. Please ensure steam cleaning is conducted frequently or alternatively small carpets may be laundered.
